Pankow is seeking certified Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, Disadvantaged, Disabled Veteran, and LGBTQQ business enterprise subcontractor bid proposals for the scopes of work listed below for the new 2 story 33,650sf LA General Residential Withdrawal Management Facility & Mental Health Urgent Care Clinic (LA Gen RWMF & MHUCC).  Bid packages will be released via BuildingConnected on 10/14/24 and bids will be due by 3pm on 11/1/24.

Building Insulation Flooring
Signage - DB Altro - Bathroom Wall Finish (FRP)
Below Grade Waterproofing Toilet Accessories
CMU Window Shades
Overhead Operable Partition Paint
Acoustical Wall Panels  
 
Project is currently under construction with an anticipated completion date of October of 2025.
Interested subcontractors shall be aware that recent and relevant LA County is encouraged.  Project has a CWA (will be issued as part of bid documents) in place and awarded subcontractors will be required to cover their own GL and WC insurances.

Outreach Participation & Targeted Workforce Hire Program
·       Include at least twenty five (25%) participation by Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, Disadvantaged, Disabled Veteran, and LGBTQQbusinesses enterprises based on the value of the work by Subcontractor. Subcontractor shall further stipulate that they will meet the goal by either qualifying themselves as one of the business enterprises listed above or by subcontracting their work to lower tier subcontractors in the amount of 25% of the overall value of the subcontract. 
 
·       Commits to meeting the mandatory goals of the Local and Targeted Worker Hiring goals set forth by LA County which includes the following (Exhibit to be issued as part of bid documents):
 
o   50% of total California Construction Labor Hours worked be performed by a qualified Local Resident
o   10% of total California Construction Labor Hours worked be performed by County residents classified as Targed Worker

Pankow Prequalification Process

All bidders will need to participate in Pankow’s prequalification process during the bidding stage for evaluation in order to enter into a subcontract agreement with Pankow.
