We, NTK Construction, Inc. (NTK), will be bidding this project as a prime contractor and we are interested in receiving proposals/quotes from qualified subcontractors, suppliers and truckers for the following items of work: (but not limited to) Demolition, saw-cutting, concrete coring, hazardous materials handling, grading, excavation, drilled piers, fill, concrete, rebar, painting, industrial coatings, mechanical, electrical, pipeline, plumbing, crane equipment, handrails, guardrails, ladders, fencing, trucking and paving.
 
Description of work:  The project, in general, consists of furnishing and replacing approximately 600 feet of sanitary sewer gravity collection mains; furnishing and installing 1,300 feet of 4-inch HDPE force main; furnishing and installing 25kW backup generator, pad, and all related wiring and connections; furnishing and installing a new radio tower and approximately 1,500 feet of conduit; removal of 100 feet of wood retaining wall and railing and replace with new concrete wall and wire railing.
 
Estimated Construction Costs:   $2M to $2.2M
Time Allowed for Completion:    365 calendar days
