·         RFIs due - Friday 6/28/2024
·         Bids due – Monday 7/8/2024

Scope of work includes:
 
RENOVATION INCLUDING NEW ARCHITECTURAL FINISHES, WINDOWS, EXTERIOR DOORS. UPGRADE MULTI-STALL
BATHROOMS AND (1) SINGLE-OCCUPANT BATHROOM TO ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS.
NO CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY OR USE, FUTURE CAFE PROPOSED ON WEST END AS ACCESSORY. TENANT IMPROVEMENT FOR SUCH
SPACE TO BE FILED UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT PARTIAL STRUCTURAL REINFORCEMENT ARE PROPOSED, ALONG WITH MEP UPGRADES.
 
VARIOUS SLOPED RAMP AND STAIRWAY ARE PROPOSED TO
PROVIDE ACCESS TO BUILDING FROM PARK
