INVITATION TO BID Project: Final Effluent Monitoring Station Project Owner: Monterey One Water Bid Date: July 31st, 2024 @2:00 p.m. ***** PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN ELECTRONIC BID – TO ENSURE YOUR QUOTE HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND REVIEWED PLEASE HAVE QUOTES TO MCI BY 12PM BID DAY **** We are requesting quotes from all qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers but not limited to: Aggregates, Asphalt, Concrete Material, Pipe Suppliers, Precast Materials, Bypass pumping, Concrete Structures, Demolition, Electrical-Building, Erosion Control, Joint Seal, Reinforcing Steel, Sawcutting, Shoring, Structure Steel, Vibration Monitoring, Trucking, Access Doors/Doors & Hardware, Pumping Plant Electrical Equipment, Paintings/Coatings, Waterproofing, Packaged Metering Manholes, Weko Internal Pipe Seals, Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer Coatings, Concrete Coring & tapping Subs. Project Description: The work includes but not limited to: construction of a new Prefabricated Metering manhole with 54-inch Palmer-Bowlus flume on the existing M1W 60-inch ID reinforced concrete Land Outfall pipe, an ultrasonic level measuring device to be installed in the PMM to measure the flow in the Outfall. There is a flow in the Outfall at all times. In addition construction of the new flow measurement structure required to implement the required flow bypass, electrical & control panels, SCADA.
