Project Scope:
 
The work consists in demolition of above and below ground structures and facilities, construction and expansion of a new inbound gate. Inbound gate will consist of a new OCR portal building, truck scales, trouble parking area, roadway, high mast light poles, and utilities. 
General demolition, removal, and disposal of existing improvements; Widening of existing access lanes; Construction of a new parking lot; Excavation, segregation, onsite placement of non-contaminated soil, and offsite disposal of contaminated or excess material; Grading of onsite and import materials; Installation of various Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) and Asphalt Concrete (AC) pavement systems; Pavement Striping; Construction of storm drain, electrical and communication systems;  Installation of area lighting; Installation of OCR structure and area signage; Construction of in-gate Optical Character Recognition (OCR) portal building; Construction of truck scales; Construction of concrete pedestals and other miscellaneous concrete structures; Installation of fencing and K-rail; Construction of water system and relocation of fire hydrants
