Project Description: Swinerton is Bidding this project for The City of Hayward. This bid is for award. This project involves construction, startup, and commissioning of the WPCF Administration Building, including all engineering, labor, materials, and equipment as required by the Contract Documents. The following items are included but are not limited to: selective demolition and salvaging of existing facilities and systems; site paving and grading; landscaping and other site improvements; yard piping and electrical systems; structural and architectural work; plumbing and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems; laboratory; fire alarm and suppression systems; power supply systems; instrumentation and control systems; and all other items necessary for a complete and functional facility.
