Project: Treasure Island, Stage 2 - SIP & Pump Station Location: San Francisco, CA Owner: Treasure Island Development Group Proposal Publish Date via Building Connected: 03/10/2025 Proposal Due Date: 04/09/2025 A. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: This is not the full RFP. If you are interested in responding and are qualified for the services described below (Section C) please fill out the following Smartsheet (HERE). After receiving the form filled out with Intent to Bid, Bidders will be invited to a BuildingConnected project, where bidders will review all Contract Documents, including instructions on how to bid. B. PROJECT SUMMARY: The Stage 2 Site Improvement & Pump Station project is located on the S/E corner of Treasure Island in San Francisco, CA. The project comprises (10) different areas that will be installed in phases from July 2025 through ~Q3 2028. The scope of work for the Site Improvement Plans for Stage 2 includes earthwork, dewatering, sheet piling, installation of wet and electrical utilities, site paving, flatwork, landscaping, etc. The Trade Winds Sanitary Pump Station is ~3,000 SF, located along [future] Trade Winds Ave. and will service future buildings on Treasure Island. SBE GOALS 41% of construction contracts & 38% of professional services contracts *SBE’s may bid an entire Work Package to Webcor, or a portion of the Work Package to the various subcontractors’ bidding the Work Packages. Webcor will require allsubcontractors bidding Work Packages to utilize SBE participation if the subcontractor is not an SBE.
