Sulphur Creek Fish Passage Restoration Project Project 3 – Small Barrier Removal Owner: Napa County Resource Conservation District Location: St. Helena, CA Engineers’ Estimate: $5,000,000 BID DATE: March 28, 2025 @ 2:00 PM Items of work include but are not limited to: SWPPP Implementation & Compliance, Clearing & Grubbing, Tree Removal, Diversion & Dewatering, Traffic Control System, Portable Changeable Message Sign, 12’ Wire Mesh Gate, Delineator (Class 1), Relocate Roadside Sign – Two Post, Vegetation Control (Minor Concrete), Single Thrie Beam Barrier, Return Cap (Type TA), End Cap (Type TC), 30” Cast-In-Drilled Hole Concrete Piling, Bar Reinforcing Steel (Bridge), Bridge Removal, Minor Concrete (Curb), Install Log Structures, Purchase & Install ESM1, Purchase & Install ESM2, Purchase & Install Bankline Rock, Purchase & Install Boulders in Channel, Harvest & Install Live Willow Stakes, Purchase & Install 1-Gallon Shrubs, Purchase & Install 5-Gallon Trees, Foliage Protection Cages, Purchase & Install Broadcast Seed (Riparian & Upland Seed Mix), One Year Planting, Seeding Maintenance & Invasive Removal, Straw Wattles (Purchase, Deliver & Install), Erosion Control – Stabilized Construction Entrance, Install Irrigation System and One Year Irrigation. Granite Rock Company 'Graniterock' is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Carpenters and Cement Masons unions. 100% performance and payment bonds will be required from a qualified surety company for the full amount of the subcontract price. Bonding assistance is available. Graniterock will pay bond premium up to 1.5%. In addition to bonding assistance, subcontractors are encouraged to contact Graniterock Estimating with questions regarding obtaining lines of credit, insurance, equipment, materials and/or supplies, or with any questions you may have. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, DIR number, insurance and worker's compensation coverage. Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. Graniterock intends to work cooperatively with all qualified firms seeking work on this project.
