PROJECT: La Familia Opportunity Center, Sacramento, CA Early Tade Design-Build Solar 03.07.2025 To Bidders: The Guzman Construction Group, Inc. (GCGI) is requesting early trade bids for: · Design-Build Solar Address:5900 Franklin Blvd Sacramento, CA 95824 Project Description: New Construction / 25,981 gsf / Opportunity / Resiliency Center / 1 Building / 1-2 Stories / Type V Construction. The ground floor includes a Foyer, office, Training Kitchen, Computer Lab, restrooms, Training rooms, and building services. Onsite vehicle parking. Labor Requirements:This is a prevailing wage project. All carpenter and laborer trades must be union. Sub-Contracting Goal: a. Non-discrimination & equal opportunity contracting. b. Preference to subcontractors: (20% WBE, MBE). c. This a Buy America Build American Project. If you cannot meet this requirement please let us know ahead of time.
