INVITATION TO BID Project: Lammers Road Zone B Pump Station – Tracy Recycled Water System Expansion Project- CIP 74168 Owner: City of Tracy Bid Date: April 15th, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m. We are requesting quotes from all qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers but not limited to: Concrete Material, Pipe Suppliers, Cathodic Protection, Precast Materials, Bridge-Steel/Misc. Metals, Concrete Structures, Electrical-Building, Fencing, Handrailing, hydroseeding, Masonry, Reinforcing Steel, Welded Steel Pipe, Access Doors/Doors & Hardware, Bldg. Masonry, Pumping Plant Electrical Equipment, Drywall, Generators/Switch Gear, HVAC/Mechanical, Drainage Pumping Equipment, Painting/Coatings, Roofing, Grate, B-Decking, Bldg. Insulation. Project Description: Location: Lammers Road and W. Schulte Road The scope of work includes but is not limited to: a new dual pump station building consisting of horizontal pumps and vertical pumps, concrete wet well, antenna tower, cathodic protection system, flow meters, plumbing and AC systems, underground and above ground pipes, pumps, appurtenances, control panel, switch gear stormwater pump station, storm water detention basins and pipes, AC pavement, electrical, SCADA and instrumentation and control system systems.
