Is requesting sub bids from Certified DVBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for: John O’Conell High School Roof, Wall, Floor Repairs at Gym and Other School Areas SFUSD Project Number: 12395 2355 Folsom St., San Francisco, CA 94110 Bid Date: May 9, 2024 • Bid Time: 2:00 p.m. Trades Needed (but not limited to): Rough Carpentry, Demolition, Roofing Brief project description: The Project is generally described as, replacement of existing damaged full gym wood sport flooring and underlayment. Provide cover at gymnasium exterior wall corner to neighbor residential building gap. Grout injection throughout the floor and 6 feet up the perimeter walls of the gymnasium. Provide repairs and replacement to existing modified bitumen roof deck at east wing next to school gymnasium with 80mil TPO. Adjust drainage pattern within interior courtyard across accessible ramp with new trench drains and tie-in to existing storm drain system. Replace expansion joint cover over main atrium cover at courtyard. Some hazardous material abatement is also included involving replacement of gutter/downspout and wood floor at gymnasium.
